advice please ladies on measuring big

I had an appointment today and I'm measuring at 37 weeks, I'm only 34+2. I don't have gestational diabetes, I'm not overweight and I'm not overeating. I am now booked in for a scan first thing in the morning, what action would they take if She is measuring too big? Would I be induced earlier or would they just monitor me? This is my first baby and I'm 5ft 1 fairly small and quite worried about having a large baby!! Thanks in advance!
