in need of some support

Today I got the news that I am definitely no longer pregnant. I'm utterly heart broken and not really sure what to do with myself. Unfortunately I'm dealing with it on my own because my fiancé is serving in another country until next October. He's being so supportive and understanding but he's just so far away. Nobody but him and my mom (lives 8 hours away) know about it...I don't know how to deal with this.
