For the people who said. Push for abortion, no my mother did that and I agreed and now I am struggling everyday with depression and wanting my baby with me. It's not the way to go let them decide for themselves I know they are young but they need to learn by their own mistakes

I got pregnant at 16 and although it wasn't a fairy tale situation, I am so SO happy!! I'm now 22 and married, we own a home, two cars, and I have loved both of my children since the moment I found out I was pregnant with them. If my parents would've pushed abortion on me, I never would've forgiven them. Ever. I love my son more than words and being forced to end his life would've destroyed mine. Please let her make her own decisions and be there to support her and love her. No matter her age it is still your grandchild and it is still her baby. I pride myself in being a wonderful mother, age has nothing to do with it. Please do not force anything on her.

I didn't find my option here so I'm just going to write about it. I think I would be surprised and kind of confused. Then I would be scared but I won't be mad or disappointed.  I would be mad if she was irresponsible and rebel. But if she was normal and had a boyfriend and she is aware of what she has done.  I'll be supportive and ask her if she wants to make any desition about it. I will be supportive and understanding.

I don't feel Adoption and abortion should be in the same category. But no one should be pushed to do anything! She should consider her options and support whatever option the daughter feels best is for the baby and herself.
