So this guy got arrested after he was taking pictures in front of the courthouse, which is in fact NOT ILLEGAL in my state. He was doing nothing wrong. Towards the end you'll see the officer lets him go and then the guy says "tough guy" to the camera while walking away, and the police officer runs up and pushes him, and tells him to put his hands behind his back. It's insane
