Undiagnosed/misdiagnosed GD?

So I went for an appointment today at Maternal-Fetal medicine, for another reason entirely, and they told me baby's abdomen circumference is really large. Her weight is on the high side too, but they weren't so concerned with it. They asked me about my glucose test, and I told them I passed it 8 weeks ago with flying colors (results 120). They told me there's a 10% chance the test missed a GD diagnosis, and they want me to do a 3 hour test asap. So I have that scheduled for Monday, which is the soonest I can get in.

I'm just so unhinged right now. We've had so many complications already, and now we could get a GD diagnosis so late in the game- I'm almost 33 weeks now. The worst part is that I'm a nurse and suspected GD awhile ago but just believed the results of the 1 hour test... I think because I just needed some good news.

Don't know if anyone out there can relate to this. I am just feeling so down right now...
