how issit possible to contract a UTI from this?

Well this was when i was 19 or something. I had a massive silicone dildo it was thick as hell and i remember washing it with antibacterial spray and after using too. I rode it and inserted it which stretched my vagina out a lil cuz of how big it was. I had to start of slow anyways i had an infection uti few days to a week later... i was constantly peeing blood. I think i got it from the dildo for some reason idk how tho but what do u think??
