Do you put your child in the car first on a colder day or your groceries and leave your child in the cold?

On cold days rather its raining, super windy, snowy, in the winter or just really cold i think the child should be put in first. I cant stand when i see someone put their bags in the car first and keep their child/children in the poor weather conditions like their bags are more important.

I put my kid last. First off, she's always dressed properly for the weather and secondly I'm not tryna get my kid snatched while I'm putting my cart back. Be mad all you want, the smart thing to do is put your kid in last

I always put my child first no matter what the weather is mainly because in that second you turn away to put groceries in the car or something somebody could snatch up your baby. That's like my worse fear one of kids getting kidnapped or something.

It depends how far away the cart return is. If I am able to park close I put my kid in first.

They actually advised people around here not to do that, especially if your car is running or, if the keys are in the ignition on account of people jumping in vehicles and taking off without even knowing there was a baby in the back... it's happened here a few times. That's why I would really prefer to bundle my little girl up, make sure she's wearing her coat, gloves, hat and keep her within my reach and sight at all times. Yes, she runs the risk of getting sick. Somewhat. But, a lot of things are treatable/curable. Better her being a little sick than missing or kidnapped... Or, worse.

Me and my husband always grocery shop together, so he puts in the groceries and I put my son in. Then I start the car while he puts the cart up.  But if I were ever alone then my son goes in first.

Forget my bags. If someone came by they could steal my bags and purse I don't care. But my baby ain't about to get sick!

I put groceries up first if I'm by myself. It's easier and faster that way. I have a major fear someone will kidnap her. My locks on my car don't always work so she will be right beside of me. It's also not like she has only a diaper on lol she's clothed for the weather.

I'm not a mum, but would rather my kid complain about the cold for 5 minutes than to risk have them snatched while returning the trolley.
