What birth control will you use after delivery? I am too forgetful for the pill and don't want to get the Mirena in for a second time! What bc would you recommend? What are you planning on doing after birth?

I refuse to have anything put inside of me and I've heard too many horror stories about the bar and shots, so I was going to just get back on the pill, but the pill unless it is a the super super low dosage of hormones it'll dry up my milk supply. So condoms basically lol

Idk what I will use but I used the nexplanon for 2 years before TTC and I loved it! Idk how long ur gonna need it for but I recommend it to anyone who doesn't like the pill

I've never used anything other than condoms. 🤔🤔 I think I may go back to that bc I'm iffy about the pills, shots, etc. I mean we went 9 years without getting pregnant and it only took few months to get pregnant. (Which Is good since we weren't necessarily tracking it we kinda were just doin the baby dance when we were in the mood 😏)

I'll probably go back to the Paragard IUD. I had it for 6+ years before this pregnancy with no problems.

Probably the pill because my body produces alot of testosterone due to ovarian cysts and the pill balances everything out in my body.

I used the shot for a year and honestly hated it, it took forever for my cycle to be regular again instead of a constant Red Sea for months with half a day here and there with no bleeding. I have done the pill before also but I do forget to take it unless I have an alarm to remind me plus I'm bad about forgetting to pick up the prescription on time. So after these girls are born I will definitely have a serious and long discussion with my doc about what else is out there. I DO NOT want my tubes tied though so we'll just have to wait and see
