baby hasn't grown in 5 days😞

I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage over 3 weeks ago due to bleeding. I have now stopped bleeding as of Sunday. Monday I went in for ultrasound to see heartbeat, but tech said my baby was still measuring 5w6d same as last Wednesday😢 but now has visible fetal pole. I go to dr again tomorrow for another ultrasound to see if baby has grown or has heartbeat.. I'm so upset and worried.. is there anyone that may have some insight on this, I would greatly appreciate it. TIA
