Cant walk in extreme pain! Not pregnancy related

Even since being pregnant and having my feet swell I got ingrown nails and I just ignored it. Well I slammed my big to with the car door and its the one that had an ingrown nail. It hurts so bad! I've been walking around like this for months and it's unbearable! It started bleeding today just by walking and I have some puss. I'm seriously limping! Should I go to the er for this? I'd make an appointment with my doctor but the next available appointment in my doctors office isn't until the end of January! I can't wait till then I seriously can't stand the pain anymore. Please anyone with advice help!
