I got my BFP. What's next?

I feel a bit like a dummy asking this, but I'm a first timer and don't know what I'm doing. I've gotten 2 positive pregnancy tests in the past 2 days. I'm 13 DPO. My question is: do I call my primary care doctor for a blood test or start searching for an OB or midwife? My PCP does my yearly paps, but I'm 99% sure she's not an OB, and they don't have OBs at their practice. I mean I know I should let my main doctor know I'm pregnant but I also know I eventually need an OB or midwife.

I went right to call an OB.  They booked me an appointment and ultrasound for 8-10 weeks.

I already had an appointment with my pcp. I told them I had taken a hpt and got a positive so they did a urine dip at the office just to confirm then refered me to the ob practice that's closest to where I live. They told me to go ahead and call myself since I have a crazy schedule and would most likely have to reschedule the appointment if they made it. This is my first pregnancy after trying for 4.5 years.
