he won't shut up !

I don't know what to do I'm so upset! We just found out two days ago that I'm pregnant. I'm five weeks today and we said we would each tell our best friend and family only for now until we get to second trimester. This is supposed to be exciting but I'm really upset because he keeps telling people we're not even that close with. I haven't even fully processed it and I'm scared of something going Wrong in the beginning.  Am I over reacting for being upset? I just want him to keep it quiet for a while
