Consult to IVF cycle??

We have our first fertility consult on Thursday 1/15. Can anyone tell me the time frame til the first cycle of IVF? IM 36 DH is 43..he has low sperm count. I know they will be doing all the routine testing but just wondering the time frame? Do you think it could be by March?

Depending how much more preliminary testing you need and how available you are to go to appts I would say about a month so you could be starting in March. Also depends on your cycle. We were ready to start but then had to wait until after my next period which pushed it out a little longer
