help please

I used hair removal cream last night around 6pm. I used it as low as I could with out going into my cooch. Rinsed off very well. And towel dried. Later maybe around 9 or 10pm I had sex with my SO and went to sleep. I woke up with to pee early morning. And knew my urine was feeling different. Tingling feeling. Now it's frequent urination. And a tickling pain in my bladder. What can this be? Can it be an infection from the hair removal cream? Like UTI or bacterial? I took some AZO. But what else can I take? What can I do to take this constant peeing feeling away? Please
