When to tell boss you're pregnant?!

Just got hired on as part time seasonal, but when she hired me the boss said she was looking for someone who could be more permanent! Which is what I would like until, y'know, my due date lol should I wait until if I get put on as an associate and not a temporary? I'll be 15 weeks then.

I told my boss the day after I found out I was pregnant! She knew we were trying and her and I are good friends so my situation is a little different. But it's just whenever you are ready to tell them!

I was 10 weeks when I changed jobs and did not tell my supervisor until 20 weeks that I was pregnant. She's been great since I've told her and it's a personal preference since you are not required by law to disclose.

I would tell her ASAP. It's good they know in case something happens while you're at work and also it can cause distrust of you withhold it super long. :)

My policy is, wait till the latest time possible, as in you can no longer hide it (even then you don't have to) or till you put in leave for when the baby is due. You are not legally obligated to tell them you are pregnant. Plain and simple.
