morning sickness so early ???

I removed my Nexplanon back in July I've been TTC since august and I haven't had any luck. my period stopped for 2 years since the month I first got the BC. But in the end of June benining of July aunt flow visited for the 1st time in 2 years and I continued to get her visits every month since. I haven't had luck On getting pregnant but this month around is feeling a little weird. I feel like it's too early to tell but I just woke up to throw up according to this app I should take my pregnancy test in 5 days. Do you guys think the nausea and vomiting can be bc I finally conceived of it can be last nights dinner that made me feel sick ? I've had other symptoms like my breast are sore but I usually get like that when I'm close to my period which is in like 6-7 days ! What you guys think ?
