I need help

So for the last 2 years I have been on birth control but I came off of it in July. January - March of this year I had no periods and them one day alot of blood came out of me quickly then left. Now this month my boyfriend has been finishing inside of me and I haven't gotten my period. My last one ended on October 25th and I did test a few times (not in the last week) my doctors said back in January that they think I might have pcos. I am wondering that since I don't know when I'm ovulating is there a chance of my getting pregnant this month since he's been finishing inside of me for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I have heard that many people struggling with pcos have trouble getting high enough levels for a home test? I'd love some help
