I don't know what I have

So I'm not sure how long ago it started but I have quite a few things going on. My vagina is either really wet and annoying or it's extremely dry. My vaginal discharge is also this chunky white or yellowish color and it smells really weird. Then just recently  the lips of my vagina started to be really flaky and itchy. I'm not sure what I have if anyone can give any ideas as to what it could be that would be great.
