WHAT DO I DO!

So this is mine and my boyfriends 4th time breaking up and I think it's all because of me. Like I have depression and sometimes I would like to just talk with him and he would always tell me that he doesn't want to talk and to talk to another guy. Yet I don't want to talk with another guy. And so I went off on him saying like whatever and goodnight and next thing I know I woke up to him telling me that he is breaking up with me for the 4th time. I don't know what to say to him or what to do.
