Gift for baby shower hostess

Does anyone do this? One of my oldest longest friends is hosting and funding my baby shower, and I mean she is paying for literally everything (very insistent). I know it's not a cheap affair by any means, as there is the venue, decorations, food and beverage, supplies for the planned games, and gifts for the winners of said games. In order to repay her, I want to gift her with something! Any ideas? 😊😊
