spotting please help

So at 5 weeks I had bright red bleeding they found a cyst they think that's what was causing it. It stopped that day and didn't happen until last week on Friday when I was 7w 1d it was the same thing again they founda hemorrhage and think that's what was causing it but said it was a threated miscarriage. The bleeding stopped that day and I was on bed rest for a week until Thursday when I went back to the doctor and they said my blood work came back normal so they didn't do anything just did my pap and set my next appointment up for the end of the month. But I went to the bathroom about 15 minutes ago and it looked like a little light pink piece of tissue or something and I had some very small light spotting. It was pink/maybe even light brown. It wasn't even the size of a dime when I was seeing how much it was. And it lasted a couple minutes now it stopped. Now it's doing it again but very small and very light. I don't really feel like I'm having cramps or anything. I'm worried because I woke up this morning and I haven't felt nauseous really or feel anything pregnancy symptoms wise. I'm 8w 2d now. I'm also suppose to go to work tonight.
