All I want is a cold italian BMT sub from subway and a large glass of mountain dew. I love being pregnant and all but I know what my first meal will be after this little boy is out.

I get the BMT chopped salad at subway every week and a ham and Turkey sub from publix every week. I have with all 3 pregnancies and all is good

Just eat the subway sandwich. I haven't drank soda in 6 years, but I've had multiples subway sandwhiches during my pregnancy and eat deli meat a few times a week. If you're worried about listeria, my doctor said it's so very rare and listeria is also found in fruits and vegetables so there's no reason to worry too much.

Just do it... I've ate subs & drank soda my whole pregnancy & im 37 weeks & my baby is perfectly healthy! 17 days to go til my due date.
