It's been 24 days since having my little girl, went to have sex for first time tonight finished then realised I'm unprotected could I get pregnant again if I just leave it? If so can I get the morning after pill from my local gp??!!

You are extremely fertile the first few weeks after birth and still very fertile the year after birth breast feeding can stop your period or cause it to be irregular but breast feeding is not a form of birth control

You have up to 3 days after sex to take plan b if you do not want a pregnancy so soon get on birth control or use condoms

This is your most fertile time!!! I would go to a pharmacy and see if the plan B is safe if you are breastfeeding. Also you need to take it with in 48/72 hours or it won't be very effective.
