can't breathe

I'm 35+1 today. I've had a pretty easy pregnancy till the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I went to the hospital, as my dr recomended because I couldn't breathe or stand up straight without a tight pain in my chest. They gave me tums and sent me home. Then last week- thanksgiving night it happened again so I called the dr and she sent me to the hospital again. This time they prescribed Tylenol 3 with codine which just made me super nauseous. Here I am now with the same sharp ass pain in my ribs. It hurts to stand and walk. And I have an occasional sharp shooting pain below the bump and it feels like it starts in my vag and shoots up my torso. Could this be the beginning or labor or me dialating? Or could the pain in my ribs be related?
