vag pain?

Hey moms! Quick question. I'm pregnant with my second. I'm 20 and3 days. I've started having this pain. I can't exactly explain it besides saying my vag hurts. I tried to run to the truck in the rain and it just hurt so bad. I don't remember anything like this with the first pregnancy. Any ideas? I do go to the doctors tomorrow so I'll mention it but just wanted to see what y'all thought.
