How to soothe sore breast.

😭😭 they hurt! No matter how I lay. Laying on my side feels like I have 2 rocks squishing them, laying on my back feels like they wanna fall off and I can just forget about laying on my stomach, my favorite way to fall asleep. I use a heating blanket and it has absolutely no effect on them. I live where it's -5 out so using ice is not an option. My nipples are extremely hard and even my cleavage part hurts. 2 days until AF and I'm so hoping it's a good sign but ouch! geez! Anyone know how to soothe them? I really try I'm hardest not take any medicine.
