how does this work?
Just bought Evening Primrose, haven't started it,
But how exactly other then what the bottle says "take 3 times a day"
How do you work it into your cycle?
And is it ok if I take with the prenatal, Vitex, and fish oil I do?
I went in to buy preseed but they were sold out 😔
So I decided I would try the evening Primrose.
