Prenatal vitamins
Hi everyone!
Hubby and I have a vacation planned for the end of this month/beginning of January for my 30th birthday.. turns out while we are away it's optimal time to try and conceive...I haven't started taking prenatals yet..I'm going to start today but how long should I be taking them before we concieve?
