21 and TTC need advice

Krystin • Tue, Dec 06 • Lost my fiancé to a car accident last year. Tried for years to get pregnant and it never happened. Met a guy, wasn’t careful, and here I am with baby #1 on the way. Wish me luck

So I'm 21, I'm in college, I'm not married, but I'm engaged. I've wanted a baby for years. My fiancé and I live together and we keep his 6 year old. He is 22 and in nursing school. I will be graduating in fall of next year. I have psoriasis. Okay. All general info out of the way now. I need advice. He and I have talked and we want to have a baby. I really want some advice from others though on what they think. Any advice is welcome.

ADDITIONAL INFO: I know this is hard for a lot of people to understand, but I'm also graduating in family and child studies. I'm not really headed toward any traditional "career" all I know in life is that I want to be a mom.
