Am I over feeding? Suggestions?

My baby is 2 weeks old. She never ever ever cries unless she is hungry. Right now I'm struggling with how long I should let her feed. Does she know her limit? I freaks me out cause some days , she will spit up soooo much and I'm wondering if it's cause I feed her too long? Should I be freaked out that she spits up so much? I talked to my dr about it but she didn't seem concerned, but it just scares me , I'm scared to sleep cause when she spits up she chokes on it and like I said she spits up so much. What do I do?!!

Feed as much as she wants. Babies don't know how to over eat. But try burping her more often

My baby is two weeks and I feel like she knows her limit. I also know when she's full or still hungry. I breastfeed her in an upright position and burp her every ten minutes. She drinks so fast. Sometimes she chokes. Maybe your milk flow is a little fast.

Maybe you have a fast milk flow and she's getting a lot fast?. That is what happens with my lo sometimes. I just burp her every little while then put her back on.

Maybe she has reflux. My son would choke on his vomit too during the night. I bought a monitor to put on him incase i was so scared. But then bought a rock n play not being flat helped alot! Invest in a rock n play! Your not overfeeding her she knows her limits whats more likely is that shes reacting to something your eating she may have mspi or reflux. Good luck!

Meh, I wouldn't worry about it. She is so young. My LO spit up all the time when she was that young and now at 8 months old, I couldn't tell you the last time she spit up. Their digestive system is just trying to figure out how to work! As long as baby is generally happy, having wet/dirty diapers and gaining weight, I wouldn't stress!! Good luck!

Are you burping her every few ounces? Make sure she's burped

Have you tried holding her upright after feeding for 30 minutes? This helped my LO!
