Chest concerns

I was just curious if anyone has experienced similar issues. For about the past couple month my whole chest with get a warm feeling. It doesn't hurt and I don't get any sharp pains.  It just gets warm and goes away within 30 seconds. I don't know of any family with heart conditions. I am 19 years old. Just curious. It could be anxiety. I have no clue, so I'll probably set up a doctors appointment.
