Hi community!
I am traveling to France for vacation. I started to use my pills a couple of months ago. I know the importance of taking them at the same hour but France is 6 hours ahead. I usually take them at 12 pm.
Anyone knows how to calculate the hour or I should just keep taking them at the same time?
