IUD removal and pregnancy.

Quick question! How soon after my IUD removal can I get pregnant. I got mine out a few weeks ago and since then have been getting nauseous from certain smells and foods that I normally love and my breasts have been extremely sore. I haven't missed a period yet but I'm just kinda wondering if it's possible to get pregnant before my first period without the IUD. Thanks in advanced!
