LA county fire department owes me money..
I'm seeking for advices outside my surrounding.
I've been in the states for only 4 years, and I'm proud that I got to buy a brand new car with low interest in February, due to my hard work.
Anyway in march a fire truck hit me while I was peacefully driving in my lane. Wasn't a very big shock but still.
Later on I found out that my left implant shifted down, due to the belt.
Since march I have been dealing with this and I have over 1000$ debt in car rental plus the surgery 9k to pay because the county isn't paying anything.
I have been fighting to get my money back but no one is hearing me or sending this expenses back. I feel helpless.
The county's insurance still hasn't reimbursed my own insurance for the repairs on my car. Plus they made me take a rental out of pocket Which they refuse to cover.
I got mislead by one of the employe telling me to get the car fix and no details about rental policy even after asking 3 times to hear that now my car is fixed (took 10days ) and they aren't covering after that. They also didn't release the check, my insurance finally covered me and got my car out.
Total I stayed in a rental for 5weeks +
I feel so disgusted that they put me in so much crap and I can't get fairly out of it.
Why would I pay for an accident I'm not responsible for ??
Today I'm going to file a small claims court..
Just wanted to share how disgusting is this system and the company that the county employ to cover their firefighters !
This is all corrupted ! I hate it !
Those people are visvious and do not care about citizen and residents !
