6 weeks pregnant and freezing

I feel like I'm freezing non stop. To the point where I can't get warm.  I remember being cold with my other 2 pregnancies all the time but for some reason this feels worse than before lol. I can't eat much as I have no appetite so I'm sure that isn't helping.  Last week I was having pain on just the right side and was worried about ectopic. However the pain has pretty much gone away. But of course I remember reading about having "chills", so now my mind is back there..... anxiety sucks lol
