new and have questions

I miss af all the time. I get it so randomly. If I get it once every 3 months that's good. Haven't been on any bc for 16 months and use no protection. I have pcos and have been ttc for 15 months now. Spouse and I talk about kids non stop and want them but nothing yet. New to this site and didn't know if anyone had any suggestions on when ovulate time would be good or what I should do.
