Help!

So I had been having on and off cramps lately and not too long ago (after clinics have already closed) I had what felt like discharge and as I was heading to the bathroom I felt the need to check be for either got there so I did something gross and checked with my hand and I found a really small blood clot on a finger, when I actually got to the bathroom I urinated and wiped and there was no blood in the toilet or on the toilet paper. So I freaked out and called the on call nurse and just said my doctor would most likely want to see me tomorrow so I have an appointment at 8:30 in the morning. I'm so scared. I'm 18 weeks and a day. I've already miscarried once but that was 6w1d. Anybody else have this happen and everything was ok???
