four month sleep regression WTF .. 😩😩😩😩

My little has been sleeping some stretches throughout the sleep reg but last night was the worst..wake every hour no lie.. seriously she'll be five months in two weeks ... two nights ago she woke only once and before that maybe three times at most .. I'm dying here no idea what to do . I thought sleep training during the regression is not recommended .. we finally transitioned her to crib before the regression started .. and that made the regression manageable at first but this is nuts
