TRIGGER for some soon to be mothers. If your SO died the same day your child was born, when would you celebrate birthday

Would you celebrate on the same date, would it be to hard thinking about your SO so you celebrate it on a different date close to the childs birthday, or would it just depend on the weather/school/work etc and whatevers more convenient rathers its the same day or another day? Or would you not celebrate childs birthday at all?
