someone please help sorry for the gross picture

So this is tmi but last night my husband and I were fooling around and he was fingering me ( we do this almost every night and have through my whole pregnancy) and right when we were about to have sex he pulled the covers back to move them and noticed that both myself and him and our bed was covered in blood and I'm not talking a little bit of blood a ton and when I jumped up to go to the bathroom I had what looked like little Chunks of pink tissue coming out of me and a couple bloody ones.. long story short went to the er and they didn't even want to check my cervix just checked the baby and saw his heart rate was 132 and that I wasn't having contractions but maybe 2 that the stress test picked up and finally I got her to check and she said I was a half a centimeter dilated but they didn't seem to care and sent me home .. I know that much blood was not normal.. someone please help and tell me
