Sore throat with red spots! 34 weeks

I was coughing so much flem last night and in the middle night I was throwing up. Checked my throat this morning and I've had these red spots appear. Feels like I'm swallowing razor blades! Not sure if it's just a sore throat or whether it's anything else and I need to see my doctor? Anyone else had this? Also got a blocked nose and a little bit of a cough! Sorry for disgusting photo!
