Formula covered by insurance??

So my daughter has milk allergy (also peanut) and has to drink nutramigen or alimentum formula. Does anyone has it covered by their insurance? I have blue cross blue shield.

My daughter is on alumentum and it's covered by WIC. Idk what we'd do without WIC.

My daughters formula is covered 100% but our insurance! It has been a complete life saver. We had to have our daughters GI write a letter stating that the formula was a medical necessity and also send the medical notes on everything we tried.
