Disabled dating

Okay so a few years ago there was a story about a man who was developmentally and physically disabled, the mental age of an early teen but completely non-verbal and couldn't move him limbs, his mental state was deteriorating and he had a full time carer worker/nurse.

The nurse was the same age as him, but not disabled and she fell in love with him.

She started kissing him and calling him her boyfriend and calling it a serious relationship ect.

The parents said it was okay but there was a big controversy because he couldn't consent/ his mental inability to comprehend.
