What does your baby's poop look like?

My daughter is 3 months and she is pooping soft but solid poops... Like grown folks poop. They are no longer mushy or like peanut butter. It doesn't seem to bother her when she pushes although I hear her grunting sometimes. 
What does your baby's poop look like ? And are soft solids normal ?

My daughters is solid I have to help her go its really sad. Juice isn't helping.

My baby girl has problems going on her own, so she has a prescribed constipation medication. It varies with her.
