Swollen???

Hey Ladies! So me and my boyfriend got a little intimate tonight and I think he sucked to hard because my vulva is swollen 😬. I don't know what I should do. Will it go away? Or is there anyways I can help it out? Thanks in advance!

It will go down!! Eventually when your vulva has a chance to relax, the swelling will go down. I would also suggest maybe getting a couple pieces of ice and putting them in a bag then with a cloth between the bag and vulva, place the bag down there for about 20 minutes, it will get numb but if it feels like it's burning then put more cloth between the 2 or just take the ice off. It will be pretty red for a while but the ice will help with swelling and prevent bruising!
