Stopped taking birth control pills.... Crazy periods!

I stopped taking birth control pills back in April, not for any particular reason, I just wasn't sexually active and don't like being on medicine so I stopped taking it. I've been on BCPs (birth control pills) since I was 13, when I first started my period, because my periods were so painful! For the most part, my periods were normal, after I stopped taking BCPs in April, my cycles were a little long, about 30-35 days. But now it's been about 72 days since my last period...and I don't know what going on. I've had a period since I last had sex, so I don't think I'm pregnant. But ya never know! Has anyone else had a similar experience with going off birth control?? Should I be concerned that I've gone so long without a period? I feel like my uterus needs to clean itself out lmao! It can't be healthy to have my uterus cells trapped up in there.
