weight loss/fat loss while pregnant
Hey guys....normally I'm really healthy but being pregnant has really taken a toll on my body....
I used to be physically fit and active and all about eating healthy and now I'm the total opposite... I eat whenever I can and whatever I crave in order to subside my nausea... sometimes it gets so bad to the point where I overeat so I don't feel like throwing up. I went from 125 to a whopping 142.... 17 pounds gained...😭😭😭 and I'm only two months in.... I feel pathetic....
Would it be possible to get back in shape and not necessarily "lose" it, but to get back to how toned I used to be and fit into all my old clothes before I start getting huge if I'm dedicated? I've done it before, in 3 months, but now I'm pregnant which is a totally different story...
