Raining poor baby 😔😕

I live in California for those who also do know how badly it was raining today.

So my family and I are driving down the street and see a couple mom and dad with their I'm guessing 1-2 year old child in a small stroller.

The mother is wearing a big snow like jacket and dad is also poor child is sitting in the stroller at a stop light under the pouring rain with just an undershirt and his/her poor little arms around around itself. There was no way for me to hold the tears in.

As a mother first thing that comes to mind is how can u leave UT child under the rain with no coat on while u have a big warm looking one on?

Wouldn't your motherly instincts tell you to give it to your child?

To see that happening just felt horrible
