No Appetite😕

So I'm 7 weeks pregnant and this is so weird to me I was 130 when I was 5 weeks and I had no sickness or anything except fatigue till 6 weeks I started throwing up clear bubbles... And nausea dizziness ect followed... I don't eat much because every time I do I feel sick... So just now I ate a nice meal and I completely threw it all up!... That was my first time throwing up food... What do I do? I need to feed my body lol... Im a first time mom and completely freaking out I don't want my child to starve but I JUST CANT HOLD MY FOOD DOWN! 😕 Please help
