Post OP Dog

My dog had surgery a week ago and has the "glue stitches" he hasn't had a bath during that time and needless to say he smells! I can't give him an actual bath for another week because of the glue and I have tried baby wipes, even a rag with hot water and dish soap to no avail. Anyone have any other suggestions?
